wallaroo
Today something I have not seen before: "Titanium 9.0.2 could not record the disc because of MacOS Error- Error Code=50." Yesterday I D/Loaded and I installed Leopard 10.5.3 Combo update, before I mess around "going back" to 10.5.2 has any one had a similar experience? :Mac Mini, 1.5GHZ PPC, 1GB Ram, 80GB HDD + 200GBExt DVE, EyeDTV V3.0.2 wallaroo
tsantee
What were you having Toast do when the error appeared? Did you have any other applications open at the time and had Toast been in use for awhile? One thing to test is shutting down the Mac, waiting a few minutes and restarting. One thing to test is shutting down the Mac, waiting a few minutes and restarting. my fault entirely! - the 2nd time it happened I jumped to a "conclusion:" instead of blaming "the computer" I should have been looking the mirror and blaming the operator: I use a powered hub for the myriad of usb connectors and I had accidentally bumped the Pwr adapter out of the board- Voila no EyeTV!! On an unrelated subject: Is there any use keeping Toast 8 on the machine I've got a copy on disk if I ever need it.? BTW thanks for the prompt reply wallaroo

BTW thanks for the prompt reply wallaroo The Toast 8 bundle includes Motion Pictures which isn't included in with Toast 9. It was buggy but some users seem to like it. Otherwise you can get rid of Toast 8 if you like or keep it around in case something doesn't work for you in Toast 9 and you want to see if the result is any different using Toast 8. I suggest putting it on a backup disc and deleting it from the hard drive.
