Antman1060
What OS versions are you using on those machines? Sorry, meant to mention that. Leopard. 10.5.2 on the PowerPC and 10.5.3 on the Intel. Thanks.
John at Roxio
Unfortunately I have never seen that error before. I assume you are installing on an account with Admin Privileges? You may want to do a completely clean install. Search your systems for "Roxio" and also for "Toast" and remove anything that it finds (minus text files that describe your breakfast habits ). Well, that didn't do it. I trashed Toast 7 and I'm still getting the same message. Here's what I'm looking at, again, on two different machines. Other installs (dmg files) are working fine. Yes, I'm working with Admin Privileges on both machines. Unfortunately I have never seen that error before. I assume you are installing on an account with Admin Privileges? OK, it's becoming apparent that the dmg file is bad. I tried installing on a 3rd machine with the same results. I'm trying to access the file again (I purchased today), and I'm told "We could not find your order". What gives? --Anthony
Antman1060
UPDATE OK, I finally got my order up, and I'm downloading the file for the 3rd time. The second download I got an "error-199" message. It seems that there's a problem with the file I'm downloading. Anyone know if I can get a CD copy even though I ordered the download version? Thanks. --Anthony

Busy Daddy
I'm having the same problem. And I just did a clean wipe of my computer and reinstalled 10.4.11 on my MacBook Pro. Today I went to use Toast, which opened fine, and it said there was an update available, so I DL 9.0.4, unzipped it, and when I try to mount the .dmg, I keep getting the Codec Overrun error message.
