Not Enough Free Space On Disc

Alright, I am having a ton of problems trying to burn a disc with Toast. I am trying to backup a movie that I own. I ripped the disc to my hard drive and I added the VideoTS folder to Toast. I am under the DVD-Video section. I added the folder and pressed the red button. It multiplexes and when it reaches 100%, it says there is not enough free space on the disc and that 5.6gb is needed and 4.38 is available. All I am trying to do is backup my movie so if there is an easier way or more efficient process, can somebody please instruct me on how to do it?

1) Even if you own a movie, it isn't technically legal to make a backup copy.

2) You are using the easiest process. You simply need more free space on your hard drive.
