Cd Spin Doctor Recording With 96/24 Dvd High Quality But Get 32bit?

i try to rip some LPs with cd spin doctor. in my preamp i choose digital out with 96/24. in cd spin doctor i choose dvd high quality with 96/24. after saving and importing to itunes info says 32bit! with 32bit i can't convert aiff to flac with MAX. i first have to convert to aiff 24bit and then flac.

 

but my main question is: why are the files saved as 32bit altough cd spin doctor settings are on 96/24?

ps: i am using cd spin doctor 3.1.1.304t from toast 7 titanium, but thought i would match here ...
