BSOD when trying to install



I just purchased Easy Cd & DVD Burning and it won't install on my Dell Laptop running Windows XP Pro. I get a message saying I must be logged in as administrator. My userid is part of the local admin group and I can install other software with no problems. The only help I can find from ROXIO support says to uninstall all other ROXIO and SONIC software, but I don't have any installed. This seems to be a common problem on corporate PCs. Since there doesn't seem to be any technical support from ROXIO available, does anyone have any ideas on what to try?



I can't load either - I get a blue screen crash during the process of loading from my CD. Using XP home.
