I am new to PhotoShow5 and cannot share my 1st show I created. I set up an online account with PhotoShow, chose the slideshow to share & it tells me I must use the email I used during purchase. Well I am. help.

I am new to PhotoShow5 and cannot share my 1st show I created. I set up an online account with PhotoShow, chose the slideshow to share & it tells me I must use the email I used during purchase. Well I am. help.

 

 

During installation, you should have been asked to sign up for an account. It should not matter which email address you use. However, only one premium account is issued per purchase of PhotoShow 5.

You will then receive an email. Follow its directions.

 

The email may be sent to your bulk or spam folders. Please look there if you do not receive it.
