Want Money Back

[This Red Box Stinks]

It doesn't install properly on XP. There are no updates (at least that you can download and run, you get messages like software path not in registry)! I want my money back. Obviously I opened the software and Best Buy wont take it back. How do I return this?

I have it running on XP-SP2 at the moment, and it doesn't need updates. It installed well and works well, so the software isn't broken.

 

Since it's obviously an operator problem or something in your system, do you want to tell us what is happening so we can show you how to do it properly?
