Cd Spin Doctor Files

After creating a new project in CD Spin Doctor I identify the Album Name and the artist then send it to itunes. After verifying that everything is correct in Itunes I then delete the scratch file. However when going back into Cd Spin Doctor the scratch file is still available. Where did Cd Spin Doctor Save it? In Preferences I have specified a file to save my scratch files and it is no longer there because I deleted it.

I think it is because the file is still resident in memory. If you exit spin doctor and empty your trash, you wont be able to recover that file again.
