kriczu
Trying to install "Mydvd For Canon" on my new computer but I keep getting an error message saying: "set up has determined that your configuration does not support any of the included product" Any suggestions? I have special event tomorrow, I'd like to get some of this stuff off my digital video camera. *Note: I've already presented the issue to canon - they suggested contacting Roxio

This is a users forum, and no one here knows what the Canon OEM version of the software is. To contact Roxio, click on the Support icon in the upper right portion of your screen. None of them mentioned MyDVD. I looked especially at the trademarks. I could not find anything regarding Roxio or My DVD. Canon supplies only two pieces of software. Both are for downloading and organizing still images they are not Roxio. Where did you get the software? Are you running XP, Vista or a MAC OS. BTW, I have a Canon camcorder and no Roxio software came with it. Perhaps we are reading your post incorrectly.
