Not Receiving Forgotten Password Email

For some reason, I can't get an email from Roxio.com . I did a test email from my AOL account & got it. I don't have any blocks so I don't understand why I can't get the activation email from Roxio. Any suggestions?

 

I love PhotoShow but I'm still having trouble uploading my PhotoShow, again.

Roxio sent me a link to just re-download the software & a new Key code so all is working now. Thank you for trying to help me.
