The Benefit Of Having A Fast Computer With Roxio

duydaniel

Question

After using Easy Media Creator 10 for a while... I understand why users should install Roxio on their fastest machine.

The reason is simple... you need a fast computer because you will be likely keeping reinstall Roxio again.... again....again....again...

and the product.... crashes again .... again.... again.... again.... again.... again.... and again.... regardless the so-called "solutions" you follow.

The reason is simple. Roxio is buggy and they don't seem to care for the product. They just keep adding more bugs via introducing new "functions" on every release. (Love of money is root of all evil)

No software is perfect but constant maintaining and updating is expected.

I would be glad if the UNINSTALLER of Easy Media Creator 11 (the next version probably??) would support multiple cores processor.

Sorry to hear you are having such a bad time getting EMC 10 installed and running right. Maybe if you gave the forum a few specific things you have done. some additional information about what you have noticed being wrong, and what specific steps you have tried so far, you might be suprised that some positive solutions would come out of it. Just ranting about the program certainly gets you no where. We are all users like you and have found many answers to a lot of problems that we all try a share.

Way back in EMC 7, there was a problem with Alcohol 120 and the Roxio product. Try removing/disabling that and see if that helps. I think those earlier posts went with the old forum.

I remember there was also a problem with "Windowblinds". Do you have that or a program that changes the appearance of Windows?

Just grasping at straws and dealing with old memories.

I also assume that you fixed Kapersky to ignore the Roxio registry entries.
