Installation Dvd Prompt

everytime i open easy media creator suite 10 it tells me " the feature you are trying to use to use is on a cd/rom or other removable disk that is not available" -- insert the 'Roxio easy media creator 10 suite' disk and click ok

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing same thing ----what's up

thanks for the info Jim I will give that a whirl, looks like a lot of work , if computers are so smart why can,t it fix itself??
