Shenanigans
Hi Before I was able to burn .ISO files exported out of Adobe Encore DVD CS3 with Toast 8, but not with Toast 9. It gives me an error that the file is invalid when I also have Toast 8 on the same system and the files burn perfectly.
Shenanigans
Hello, I sent a note to Roxio hope it gets fixed. But doesn't mounting defeat the purpose of ISOs? I can just export a "VIDEO_TS" folder out of Encore and just use Toast to burn it....not sure if it will be as compatible as using the ISO. gaper1
hmm I can burn an .ISO file with Toast 9 using Image File in Copy. Have you tried .ISO file from other sources?

tsantee
Are you using the Image File setting in the Copy window?
Shenanigans
Yes I am. The ISO burns fine with the Disk Utility just in case you wanted to know. I have the latest toast, 9.0.
tsantee
Yes I am. The ISO burns fine with the Disk Utility just in case you wanted to know. I have the latest toast, 9.0.2 I don't have Encore so I can test with a comparable file. It may be a bug in Toast with those files. I suppose you could mount the ISO and add the VIDEO_TS to the Toast Data window with DVD=ROM (UDF) set as the format, or just continue to use Toast 8 for that purpose. Be sure to give feedback to Roxio via the link in Toast Help.
