Second, PhotoShow does not save all songs and transitions to your computer during installation. Some transitions and most songs must first be downloaded to the program before they can be used.

That's what I thought, that some items get downloaded. So one has to be connected to the internet to download art files and music.

 

BTW, I started creating short and simple slideshows using PhotoShow 5. It's nice and easy to do.

There are times that these files are saved to your computer and can be re-used. PhotoShow was designed to take up a minimal amount of space on your computer. It only downloads the files it needs.

 

However, I have seen some cases where 3rd party security or cleanup programs remove these files. Adjusting settings or limiting such security programs will usually keep these files intact.

 

Feel free to let us know which transitions you like and any creative techniques you find. It would be a great new topic.

 

I found that if you click the auto correct button in the edit section 10+ times your photo becomes abstracted and odd. It worked well for a Halloween party. I made a DVD of photos like this and just let it loop on the TV through the night.
