rexdigital
I have heard good things about the TDK BR media and they invented the durabis coating used on BD media. It may also be the only available printable bd media right now. You can't go wrong.

TomInIowa
I have been using TDK BD-R25PWX25CB printable blu ray disc and have NOT had any problems. I have been playing them on my PS3. It's been awhile since I bought them, but it was close to $18 each. I was looking at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16817132062 for RiData 25gb 2x printable blu ray
rexdigital
tapeonline.com has thermal and inkjet white printable TDK for $ 18 each. I'm a little concerned though, I was reading some reviews (yesterday) of burnable media and some folks are reporting the TDK media not working on the PS3 but other media works just fine. (of course after I already posted that I heard it was good, sorry about that) Those ritek BD-25 printable discs are $ 8 each??? am I reading that correctly? That same review said the Ritek discs worked fine in all players tested. I do a lot of duplication and used to use Ritek exclusively for CD/DVD media, then one day the quality went way down (bad discs, bad burns, compatability issues etc....) and I switched to Verbatim. For $ 8 a disc though I'd like to trust them again!
shueardm
I have both TDK printables and Imation Printables with Aquaguard (sold through Primera) The TDK printable surface is standard what you would expect. The Aquaguard disc surface is a lot better.
