Cyclone Posted July 9, 2008 Report Share Posted July 9, 2008 The only way that I have tried it is by inserting a colored panel, in Storyline view, then put the video, on the colored panel, as an overlay, in the Timeline view. You can then rotate the video clip by double clicking on it in Timeline view. You can also resize the video, on the colored background. You have to set the time of the color panel to the length of your video. To rotate it, double click on the video, in Timeline view, and in the box that pops up, change the rotation to what you want.
