Krispy
I have this issue for the past couple of months: The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Please insert the NewCopy_CDA disk. In order to get rid of that message, I had to restart the computer, reinstalled the file, or CTRL, ALT, and DELETE and got rid of it. I have been doing this lately, but for the past few months I been receiving this same message. I "x" it out, but this message keeps popping out and I can't get rid of it. I talked to the Technician via e-mail and they said that there is no such thing as that kind of disk. Is there anyway for me to get rid of this message for good? I tried Roxann and other sources, nothing answers my question. Thank you very much.
Ijar
I have read somewhere that this ia an HP printer software error... Do you have an HP printer?? If you have try reinstalling the printer.
Brendon
NewCopy_CDA is a Hewlett-Packard file. Do you have an HP printer or HP printer software installed? The software seems to have got itself messed-up in your system. I'd suggest you uninstall it if possible, using the MS Installer Cleanup Utility if needed, and then reinstall it properly. The MSICUU can be downloaded from Microsoft here (click). Read their instruction page carefully before using it. Regards, Brendon

d_deweywright
Yes, I have a HP Printer C3180. It did not happen to my other computer, it only did it to mines. Do you think I need to reinstall the HP Printer? Both previous posts suggested reinstalling the printer. So why do you ask if we think you should reinstall it? Remember, the ways of Windows and drivers are vague and mysterious. Why things happen on one computer and not another are unknowable. Yes, uninstall and reinstall the printer and see if that fixes your problem.

Yes, uninstall and reinstall the printer and see if that fixes your problem. I used one of the person's links and I deleted the entire file that was listed and I reinstalled all the files back. Deweywright, it just came out that way when this message popped up. Let me check to see if the message comes back, if so, I'll tell you the results. Thanks for the link Brendon, it did help me A LOT. Next time, tell me which files should I delete. I delete the files that was listed, oops.
