With the ways to circumvent DRM out there I think it's kinda crazy in the first place.People are just gonna do that and then use the files as they please anyways. I would think that anything that boosts sales is going to be a plus for the music industry and this is one of those things. I use iTunes to download music and the only problem I have with the DRM free stuff is that at this moment the selection is not huge but it is growing.
