Photoshow Deluxe Setup Cancelled

I just purchased the Snapfish Photoshow Deluxe and have not been able to run the setup program. I’ve tried several times, but it keeps giving me the “setup cancelled” message. It looks like it downloaded okay, but I’m not getting very far on installation.

You may need to clear the cache in your browser or adjust your firewall settings. If this does not help, please contact support.

Thanks for your reply. We cleared the cache and disabled the windows firewall completely, but it still gives us the "Snapfish Photoshow Deluxe Setup Cancelled" message! It happens right after the setup screen asks us to login with password. It says "logging into Snapfish server..." and then "Snapfish Deluxe Setup cancelled." Any other ideas? We are very frustrated! Thanks!

 

 

Any continued errors like this, with Sanpfish, should be handled through support. It is too specific an error to be addressed here.
