Update To Toast Titanium 7.1.3

No specific Toast 7 forum available, so I figured, I post here:

 

I somehow can't get the Toast Titanium 7.1.3 download link to work.

 

I go to Support > Software Updates > Toast All versions. Under the Toast 7.x Update section I click the Toast 7.1.3 download-link, which forwards me to a product comparison chart. There I click Download Toast 7 Update in the upper left column which leads me to the log-in page. Once successfully logged in with my account-data, I am presented with a Download Toast 7 Titanium v7.1.3 Update button which I click, but instead of downloading a file I will be transfered to the default support page "Ask Roxanne"...

 

Can someone help please...

The Toast 7 forum is buried in the Legacy Mac Products folder. Yours isn't just a Toast 7 issue, however.

 

Other folks have reported problems getting Roxio's updates to download. I think the issue may be the use of download assist utilities or applications rather than the default Safari browser. If you are having trouble with Safari give Firefox a try to see if that works for you.

 

The download link works for me.
