Cd Key Doesn't Work For Clean Install



So, after many, many problems with the software, someone on this forum advises a clean install. I follow the instructions to completely delete everything to do with Roxio off my computer only to find that my CD Key won't work. Of course, I've since deleted my old email account so I have no idea how to get my key fixed. Not to mention, is the Roxio website offline this week because I can't even load their site! Does anyone know a phone number to call?

I'm having the same problem. I bought Easy Media Creator 9 Suite from Costco, and have been using it for over a year. A recent install of BlackBerry Desktop Manager "updated" Roxio, and now I can't burn DVDs. I tried a fresh install from the Roxio CD using the CD key on the back of the envelope and it says:

"The CD key that you entered is not valid. Please re-enter your CD key and try again."


I've checked this several times and am certain that I'm not mis-typing anything. I also tried the Roxio website and found a different "key" under my list of registered products. This didn't work either.


Please help; I have a project I needed to complete last night, and no way to burn DVDs!
