Can I Use Two Dvd Recorders With Toast 8?

I have two DVD recorders - the one inside my iMac and I purchased an external one.

Both appear on the list in Toast 8 and I can select either one to burn with, but my question is can BOTH burn at the same time?

 

I am not copying a DVD - I am burning a Quicktime .mov to create a DVD.

Duplicate the Toast application and launch both copies of Toast. Each copy of Toast can be assigned to s different recorder for burning. I very much recommend choosing Save as disc image and then burning the disc image files using the Image File setting in the copy window. I wouldn't choose to be burning a DVD while a different copy of Toast is encoding the video, which is processor intensive work.
