Reopening Emc10 After Closing Program

after using emc 10, I close it. Later I go to openit, it will not open. Can someone else have this problem??

Does it open if you reboot? Did you ever get your problems with EMC 9 squared away?

I've had that happen before, open task manager, under the processes tab look or any EMC Roxio entry, highlight and end process. Now see if the program will open?
