I've got the full version on 9.0, not the OEM version. I'm trying to burn a DVD using .ts video files. (this is not a _ts folder, it's an actual .ts file)
The software tells me it must convert them to .mpeg files before it can burn them and then takes me to the convestion page. When I start the conversion process, I've selected the .ts files and then it asks me to chose the output folder. After doing this, I then get the following message: "there are no media types in the folder that match the media settings. to change the filter settings, click the Media Types button."
1. This message doesn't make sense for the output folder. I can select the .ts files with no issues.
2. I can find no "Media Types button" anywhere on the software.
Is there a way to resolve this, or does anyone know of another way to convert the .ts files to a file that Roxio can recognize?
