Split Screen, I Think....

Here is what I would like to do. I have a few clips of my son pitching and a few of his buddies as well. I would like to take 2 of the clips and set them up in a split screen view so they are side by side in the frame. Can I do this? If so, how? If not, what else can I do? Thanks for any help....
