Burn Problem

I was having issues with My DVD creating an iso, getting 99% done and then never finishing. I tried to put the Version 10 upgrade (RoxioEasyMediaCreator10.1_FA80AA50R13.exe) on and it never finished, errored out. I just now followed the Clean install instructions, then did a complete install. The install finished without any errors. Most of the components did not install though. The only folders under C:\Program Files\Roxio\ are Back on Track, Certificates, Cineplayer, and Filters. Most or all of the core apps are missing including My DVD.

You will probably have to do the clean install again, but follow the instructions to the letter, including removing the hidden folders in C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data

 

The 10.1 update has nothing to do with the 99% problem you were having, but addressed some different issues. Failure to creatre a .iso is, in most cases, down to insufficient contiguous space on the drive - always defrag the drive first and also shut down any background apps that may be running
