How To Add More Menu Styles

I just upgraded to Roxio 10. When in MyDVD in the "change menu styles" at the very bottom it says "more styles" and when I clicked on it it said "more styles available for download". I would love to have more styles and wanted to know where I go to download those. thanks!

There is only one "baby" theme in EMC 10 and frankly, I'm not really fond of it. And the "more styles" ( which I also think are already included http://www.roxio.com/enu/store/accessory.html ) don't have any 'baby' themes either. There are some children's themes included in EMC 10 which might work.

 

It's easy enough to 'extract' a .jpg picture from a video or use a picture that you have as a background and make a really special and custom menu for your productions.

 

Do you have a previous version of EMC with themes that you like?

How many styles do you show? If you installed the Content disc, you should have 72 ( I believe that's the correct number).

Just to add, I hope you also realize that you can make "custom" menu styles by extracting a picture from your video, or using another image you choose and then change the "menu background" to that picture. Also, you can change the audio that plays as background music for your menu. Right clicking on the menu page should bring these options up.

I downloaded from the internet, so I didn't have the content disk. I definetly don't have 72! Do you know how I can get those?

I would think that you can then go and download the content aspect of the program for no additional charge at all. I'm not sure if you need a support ticket or not. In this post it appears that the user was able to go back and download the content portion of the EMC program.

I'm almost 100% positive that the styles available (more styles) for purchase and download are already in EMC 10.

 

Make sure that your antivirus is turned off when you install the content part of the program. If you husband did download and install with the antivirus on, go to Windows Add or Remove programs and do a repair or re-install on the content. Also make sure you make DVD copies of both downloads just in case.
