Advanced Pan And Zoom For Overlay?

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to apply the Advanced Pan and Zoom command to an Overlay?

I know there are some Fly and Scroll commands in the Settings Box for an Overlay but I sometimes find it useful to treat the Overlay as a picture on top of the background picture to create some special effects not available in the Settings commands.

No, the Pan & Zoom feature is not available to an overlay. You may want to create a Videowave production, add the image in question on video track, do the Pan & Zoom and then output as mpg (or wmv). Then you can use that mpg as an overlay.

I will give that a try. I will eventually get it. Seems that there are a lot of workarounds to use if I can just learn them.
