REDWAGON
Thanks Gary for the heads up on the new driver. I have been running the 175.16 driver. When it downloads. it showed 35.4 MB size. Now when I download the 175.19 driver it shows 35.2 MB. So whatever they did (see attachment) they lost 200kb along the way Frank...
ggrussell
Sorry , I was referring to the WinXP drivers which were updated July 9th. Looks like they aren't being updated at the same time anymore.
REDWAGON
Not a problem Gary. I downloaded the 175.19 driver for Vista 32bit and installed it, but I really can't see much difference from the 175.16 that I had been running. As I remember it said something that it would help was 3D, but Haven't checked much yet to see. Frank...

REDWAGON
Just a note--either cause or Somethng else. After I updated the new graphics driver from 175.16 to this latest 175.19 driver, I had the occasion to do a Videowave project. Not suspecting anything different than I normally see, I got the default screen that advised I had to download codecs. Then after that was successful, the program went through doing the graphics test. I have been using this same Videowave program (EMC 10) and Vista for some time now and had previously (a long time ago) had gone throught these same registration, codec and graphics test. So now I am wondering if updating the graphics driver caused this. My guess is yes, but not sure. Just a note of curiousity Frank...
ggrussell
I don't think it would affect registration or codec, but definitely the graphics test should run automatically every time the graphics driver is reinstalled.
