Can Not Install Easy Media Creator 10

I purchased Easy Media Creator 10 last week and downloaded it. I did not have a previous version of Roxio on this computer. But when I run the RoxioEMC10ContentCD_xxx program, it unzip all the files, but then at the end gives me an error that says it's already been downloaded. So I checked this forum and found the instructions for doing a clean install from Highlander. I followed that 100%, tried to unzip it again, and got the same message again. I'm getting frustrated to say the least. Anybody have any suggestions?

How many files did you download? Did you install the Program file first? It has to be installed or the Content install won't work.

Glad to be of service. I never purchased the download version but I would hope they'd have included instructions somewhere letting you know which one to install first.
