Toast Force Quits Every Time I Open It!

I Just bought toast titanium and the blueray/hd plugins i install everything and the VERY FIRST TIME i open toast i go through setup i hit finish and the toast window pops up 1 second later it unexpectedly quits..i have tried many times an this is NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION. i am not impressed AT ALL and I really want this to work.....i have tried reset and relaunch via the finder window that pops up.... I have to redo setup everytime except for the sowftware registration it has my name and code filled in...plz help me!!!!!!!! I AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!

The most common reason for this is the presence of an xvid codec in a QuickTime folder in either your root or user library. If you find one of those remove it.

i allready did that

 

nvrm i removed some divx plugins from qt folder..that got it...
