Dvd Photo Slideshow Chapters?

ronusa

Question

Just installed the software yesterday; and I am totally unable to find any help screens and or tutorials in regards to this subject. I would like to create a DVD photo slideshow which would have chapter buttons with thumbnail images; which when clicked would start the slideshow for that particular chapter. I would also like to apply a themed background along with sound. Any help would be greatly appreciated since the documentation and help screens so far have been useless. Thanks!

Have you looked through the Tips & Tricks forum? There is lots of information there.

There is a learning curve so don't try to do too big a project right away. Make sure you also learn the correct terminology when doing video work, it will help to avoid confusion when you have questions and receive responses. Fr example, what you are calling chapters are called Titles in EMC, chapters are sub-menus under a Title. Also avoid the socalled Wizards or Assistants, they are quite often limited in what they can do and can lead to all sorts of problems. To create a slideshow you should start with Videowave. For each slideshow Title, create a Videowave project. THen use myDVD to load each VW project as a Title.
