Grey cameras in my PhotoShow

Question

I also had a "grey photo" that could not be deleted and ended up using the Photoshow anyway (I put in a wild transition to mask it). My latest show has FIVE grey photos that cannot be deleted. They seem to have been created when I was trying to the photos by right clicking. I tried the renaming thing. Didn't work. I am going to try it again with a totally different name. If that doesn't work, do I have to start over?

I have seen this from time to time. There are two causes:

1.) The original photo has been removed or PhotoShow has lost track of it.

You can go to the manage screen and delete the camera and re-import the photo.

2.) The show has become corrupted.

You may be unable to delete the camera or it begins happening with several photos. You can try to save the show under a different name. If this does not help you will have to remake the Show.

The second scenario is rare.
