rexdigital
I see 2 options when building a global disc image for Blu-Ray disc. 1. is for BD-R 2. is for BD-RE I will definitely build RE so I can test, but then I just want to burn that same image to a BD-R when I know its good. will that be a problem? Normally with DVD-RW you can build the image/burn and test, then make an image from that or use the image that was burned to the -RW to burn a -R. Is Blu-Ray different enough that you can't do it that way?
rexdigital
Thanks Scott, I noticed after examining the build folders it is a little different. BD is an odd animal compared to DVD.

SS Scott
I don't think the program will let you burn a BD-RE image to a BD-R disc. there are differences between the layouts though I am not sure what they are, but to be compliant with BD-R v2 and BD-RE v3, a program has to create discs and images in this fashion.
