Creator 10 (not Responding)

I have just installed Creator 10 on my Computer. I cannot get it to work. Everytime I try to add some video's. It freezes up and says (not responding at the top). I have done 2 chats with roxio with no luck. It's still not working. Does anybody have any help please????????? I haven't been able to do anything.
