Personalized Menu Styles

Hi everyone,

 

Newbie to the group.

 

I just started using MyDVD 9 to burn DVDs from movies I created earlier with Windows Movie Maker. I have been successful in creating the movies but am annoyed I can't crreate my own menu style background.

 

The version I am using came with the computer I bought so I'm sure it's pretty basic. I have only 3 menu style background options - a forest, beach or wedding. That's all pretty lame. I would prefer just a blank menu background but that doesn't even appear to be an option. Ideally I could take a picture of my choosing and make it my background for the menu.

 

Does anyone know how I can get better control over my background options?

Check with the OEM provider (whoever provided you with the computer), to see what their product is capable of.

First, the Red Box version only has MyDVD Express.

 

Second, that version has 7 Menu Styles available.

 

As Tony suggests, you will have to call your OEM provider for support but in all likelihood, a Retail Purchase of the Suite is the best way to go.
