What Good Is Roxio

What is the point of this Roxio if you cant even start it, i feel like I wasted my money on this. the program doesnt even start , click and nothing shows. this is the 2nd time it's happening. and unless i un-installed and re-install, there is no way of fixing it, and even after that, it's sure that you'll face this again. is there any way of getting refund. I am thinking about Nero.

ok, i really do not think it has anything to do with my system and this problem is effecting alot of people not just me. if you read the forum then you'll see that the only solution to this problem is the clean uninstallation and reinstallation of the program. and even after that it's likely that it will happen to you again. this is the 2nd time it has happened to me

I am using Windows XP SP3

ATI RADEON X1950XT 512 MB with the latest drivers.

2 GIG RAM

 

I am not really wanting refund but at the moment, this program is useless to me.

Perhaps if you were to give some information about your system, especially video card, maybe someone might be able to help.

All you have posted is "my car won't start".

BTW, nobody here can help you with refunds, for that you have to contact Roxio. Here we are just users trying to help each other.

 

I see you had the program working last year. What have you changed so that it no longer starts? If it worked then and it now no longer works then its not the program but something you changed on your system
