Freeze!

[Confusedone]

This is concerning Roxio 10. My PC is 2GB, 500GM HD running Vista Home Premium. My problem is that when I mix still pictures and videos and rum 'playback' before saving. the production stops at the still pictures, but the sound continues to the video!

I have uninstalled it and re-installed it, downloaded the update, but no joy! I am at my wits end.

I am a UK user and bought a boxed copy from PC world about 1½ years ago and only installed it recently.

I do not have this problem with Windows moviemaker.

Confused???

 

Forget about the preview and burn it to an ISO file or video folder and then view it. There are many times things don't look right in the preview but come out just fine. I usually suggest this process anyway before burning to a dvd as it saves coasters.
