I have a project where I prefer the "Movie Button" action to be "Play movie only", but don't want to see the submenus created after editing chapters for a given title. In past projects where I've selected "Edit Chapters", I've switched the "Movie Button" action in project settings to "play movie and all remaining movies in project" to hide the submenus created by editing chapters. However, in this production, I don't want the "side effect" for the next title to be played automatically.
So, after setting the button action to "play movie and all remaining movies in project", I changed it back to "Play movie only", and deleted the "Unlinked items" created during the process. This gave me the desired results, where I have the benefit of the chapter marks without having their submenus displayed - However, I wonder if there will be any undesireable consequences created in the dvd. Has anyone tried this, or know a better way to accomplish what I want?
