Like many threads I have read, I am having trouble installing Roxio bundle in a Dell PC. I am having slightly different issues.
I want to burn DVD so I try running Roxio Creator Plus and its starts its auto install. Dialog box pops up for terms, asking for terms, customer info. Serial # is already filled. I try typical install and a message pops ups saying 'A previously installed version of UnknownProduct UnknownVersion already exists...blah blah. I hit yes and no and it pops up again and countless more times without letting me progress. I eventually have to EndProcess the thing.
Thats one instance. Another method I use, dialog box pops up asking me to insert Roxio RecordNow Data and click ok. I follow its instructions only to get no where. It seems to be looking for BMPLE file so I direct it to the only BMPLE file on the bundle CD and I get message saying its invalid installation package. Not sure what to do at this point. If I try to cancel, its caught in a loop and keeps trying to load, over and over.
