Photo Suite Problem

I just bought Easy Media Creator 10 Suite and am unable to use the photo suite application because it brings up an error message to change my display settings. They are already at the max pixels (greater than the error message says) and 32 bit color quality. I can't get to customer service and I'm really frustrated. The only reason I bought the suite was to use it for imaging. Does anyone have any suggestions? And HOW to you get to customer service? Does anyone have a phone number??????

1. Make sure that your DPI setting is 96 DPI. To find out if it is already set at that, right click on a blank space on your desktop, click on Properties, then click on Settings, then on Advanced. You will see the DPI setting there. If it isn't at 96 DPI, change it.

 

2. Update the drivers for your video card.

A possible driver issue with your video card. Uninstall current version completely and download the latest driver for your video card from the mfg site. Here is the contact for Roxio Support for EMC 10.
