Error When Trying To Burn Dvd's

I have just had to reload my pc, I previously had Photoshow 5 but I have loaded Nero photoshow.

Everything works fine and faster then the original photo show but when i go to burn my show to disk i am asked for my password then i get a error message saying ' can not acces the roxio video engine because this application has been installed to many times' can any one help this is loaded on to a completely recovered PC and i have only loaded the progran once ?

Thanks for your help you are correct I do have Vista but i have tried your recomemdations but i still get the same error, I logged a cll with Roxio 2 days ago with no responce as yet.
