Photoshow Will Not Open Any More

Question

I was trying to download a show I'd posted when I had to cancel the download because it was taking too long, and I had to leave my computer. I then got an error message that said an unexpected error had occurred and photoshow would now close. Now I can no longer even open the program - I get that same error message, and it closes. Does anyone know how to correct this? Thank you.

I found the answer on the forum. Thank you. It was the matter of locating the ps4 file, deleting it, and reinstalling the program.

Hi, It wasn't easy to find. First go to Windows explorer, then check the options to show hidden files. Then double click to open the C drive, scroll to users, your name, then find AppData, then Roaming, then you will see a folder for Simple Star. Open that file, and locate the ps4 image database file. Delete this file. Then simply reinstall the program. I did not uninstall the program first, I just reinstalled, and this worked for me. Good luck.
