Create Disc - using DL DVD

Disc size: 8.5GB Used 5198.1MB Free 2976.3MB Quality Fit to Disc

Message: The image file is estimated to be larger than 4GB, which is maximum file size possible on the selected FAT32 drive.

FAT32 Drive

Location Type File System Status Capacity Free % Free Fault Tolerence Overhead

Partition Basic FAT32 Healthy 149.01GB 116.18GB 77% NO 0%

What can I do to fix this and burn my file to DVD. I really do not want to redo or have to split this file.

Convert your drive to NTFS format - FAT32 has a 4 GB limit on file sizes

There are built in tools in XP to do this or you can use a third party app (Partition Magic if you can get hold of a copy works great)
