What am I doing wrong? online Roxanne is not help! Go to the Smart Sound site (link) and install the program again. That has help a few people. Did you install the program with your anti-virus on? That will definitely screw up registering some dll files. Shutting down an anit-virus during the insatll of any program is good (an sometimes necessary) practice. Smart Sound has a remove and reinstall procedure for errors. You might want to follow those instructions. If you have problems with other parts of the program, this may be the reason and would call for a clean install. There is a Q and A for this depending on your version and OS.
