Audio cd burning on my laptop stopped working suddenly Drive is detected and cd burning wizard is on and says successfully burnt cds. However when i reinsert my cd it shows up as a blank cd again. Windows Vista: Go to Start --> Control Panel --> System and Maintenance --> Device Manager. Click on the Hardware tab. Hi, I dont see a Secondary IDE ATA/ATAPI controller. Couple of the same device type are listed in IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers, but none as secondary. Sorry if I have missed some thing.
