dino2dino4dino

Question

Hello All,

I have creator basic 9 on windows vista home basic. And I have a TSST corp CD?DVDW TS-L632M ATA Device.

Audio cd burning on my laptop stopped working suddenly Drive is detected and cd burning wizard is on and says successfully burnt cds.

However when i reinsert my cd it shows up as a blank cd again.

Same issue while burning with WMP as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

Reinstall of the burner's drivers may help.

Windows XP: Go to My Computer and choose Properties.

Windows Vista: Go to Start --> Control Panel --> System and Maintenance --> Device Manager.

Click on the Hardware tab.

Select Device Manager

Expand DVD/CD-ROM Drives, then select your burner and uninstall it by right -licking on it.

Reboot.

You can go into Device Manager, and delete the secondary IDE ATA/ATAPI controller, then reboot. See if that works.

Hi,

I dont see a Secondary IDE ATA/ATAPI controller. Couple of the same device type are listed in IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers, but none as secondary.

Sorry if I have missed some thing. Please help :)
