File Names Not Showing Up

I re-installed PhotoShow 5.0 & was able to burn a DVD so that issue is solved. Now the file names are not showing while under the "Manage" tab so I don't/can't tell what I'm opening. (I have a screenshot of it but I don't know how to post that here) Now what??

If you do not see any show names, they have been removed. You can download shows from your site:

 

1) Visit the PhotoShow you would like to download back into PhotoShow 5

2) Click on the 'Share' tab below your Show

3) Click on the 'Email' option in the 'Share By...' menu

4) Email the PhotoShow to your own email address

5) Open PhotoShow 5

6) Click on the 'Manage' tab

7) Click on the 'Received Shows' option

 

You should then see an option to download the PhotoShow back into the program.

 

 

If you see a show name but cannot open the show to view or edit it, you should contact support.
