Newbie, Totally Confused

Question

Hello,

 

I have Photoshow 5 by Simple Star and last night signed up for a Roxio Online Account. I am totally confused. I am reading this forum and see reference to a fee for this service. I did not see any information when I signed up of charges. My account information states I am a premium user. Is this possibly a free service for upgrading my photoshow via Simple Star?

As Ogdens mentioned, contacting Roxio should help you clarify if you own a Free account. However, to the best of my understanding anything "Premium" indicates a cost associated :)
