Pause Between Tracks

chedderslam

Question

How do you remove the pause between tracks? Is that what pre-gap is? It looks like it defaults to 2 for the first track and 0 for the rest. What does a normal cd have for pauses between tracks? Is there a way to change the default?

Some albums, like trance or, for example, the beatles' abbey road, need to have no break between tracks. How do I do this?

Depemds,

If you want it to be one long audio then use Sound Editor, remove all silence and the export the track (one)

OR

Do as above and just remove the silence and keep the resultant clips.

OR

Use Music Disc Creator and adjust the type of fade and overlap there.

The first option is best. Make sure you zoom in so you can accurately cut out the silence.
