I just purchased PhotoSuite8 as a download. Everything was fine till a the end of the download I got a error

message which reads as follows:

"Setup has determined that your configuration does not support any of the included products".

I have Windows XP Pro, with about 20GB of free space.

Any help will be appreciated.

The system requirements for Photosuite 8 are found here. Does your system meet or exceed those requirements?


You need to contact Roxio [www.roxio.com about this, urgently, either to find out why the product won't install on your system or to obtain a refund of your purchase price. The urgency is because Roxio's refund policy is time-limited.
